Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and create a secure account. We use Supabase for authentication.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Server Data: When you deploy a Hermes Agent instance, we provision a virtual private server (VPS) on your behalf through Hetzner. We store the server IP address, region, and connection credentials necessary to provide the service.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage data such as deployment events (creation, status changes) to provide you with logs and service status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the DeployHermesAgent service
  • Provision and manage your VPS instances
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related communications (e.g., verification codes)
  • Provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. Server credentials are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Supabase — Authentication and database
  • Hetzner — VPS infrastructure

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your VPS is destroyed and server credentials are deleted. You may request full account deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
