DeployHermesAgent ("the Service") provides managed virtual private server (VPS) hosting for running Hermes Agent, an open-source AI assistant. We handle server provisioning, setup, and provide a browser-based terminal for access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification to use the Service.
Pricing: The Service is billed at $29/month per deployment. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly starting from the date of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your VPS will be destroyed.
Refunds: Due to the nature of cloud infrastructure costs, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a service issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Each deployment includes a dedicated VPS with 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, and 80 GB SSD storage. These resources are exclusively yours for the duration of your subscription. You have full root-level access via the browser terminal.
You are responsible for backing up any data stored on your VPS. When a subscription is canceled or a server is recreated, all data on that VPS is permanently destroyed. We do not maintain backups of your server data.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Hetzner) and may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployHermesAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Hermes Agent is open-source software developed by Nous Research. We are not affiliated with Nous Research. We provide hosting infrastructure only. Any issues with the Hermes Agent software itself should be directed to the Hermes Agent project.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
